The development of Everest Museum Complex in Hathipaon, Mussoorie, Uttarakhand has been conceptualized in a manner to provide necessary ambience of a museum without altering the heritage components.
A multi level protection plan for the site and heritage buildings was drawn up as a basis to interpret Sir George Everest’s contribution.
With protection and conservation suggestions of the forest area in the immediate surrounding to provide a buffer zone to the heritage components.
